I didn't go on full tilt like yesterday, but I wasn't performing at an optimal level either. I keep fighting the tape for no reason. Some solid self-reflection might be what I need to figure out why I've become to undisciplined.

Trade Two: 5 x SPX 5575/5570 Put Credit Spread (Testing An Idea)
Working on a new concept, so I sized down. I should have been using this size for all of my trades. Trade Two was a bullish out credit spread that had an average entry of $1.00/ea and an average exit of $0.00 (I let it expire worthless) -- This means Trade Two was a realized gain of $500.
Trade One Return: -$6,075
Trade Two Return: +$500
Total Return: -$5,575 (before fees)

SPY missed & QQQ hit
The Trump-China-Trade announcement from the NYT knocked me out of my position. The CCS's were sold at $1.80/ea and I was forced to buy them backl at $4.40 -- This means my realized loss was $3,120 :(
The hedge did exactly what hedge plays are meant to do. It balanced me out! These PCS's were sold at $0.85/ea and expired worthless -- THIS MEANS MY REALIZED GAIN WAS $2,975!
