I share all my winners, so it's only fair that I also share my losers. Today was not my day. As detailed below, my first trade of the day was a rushed entry, which ended up quickly blowing up in my face. This put me on tilt for the remainder of the day. Unfortunately, I couldn’t mentally recover during the trading session, so here's to hoping things will be better tomorrow.

Trade One: 30 x SPX 5580/5575 Put Credit Spread (Scalp Strategy Trade)
Today was not my day. I rushed my entry on Trade One, which knocked me off my game for the remainer of the day. As you can see, I increased my position size when the market first dopped. I should have taken my profit when it was available and called it a day, but I didn't. My average entry was $2.60/ea. I took some profit at $1.75/ea (+$850), but the final 20 were a full realized loss (-$4,800) -- This means the realized loss was $3,950.
Trade Two: 20 x SPX 5570/5565 Put Credit Spread (Scalp Strategy Trade)
Trade Two was a decent entry in my opinion, but lady luck was not on my side. I tried to go long on the second dip of the day, but the dip kept dipping. My average entry on this trade was $2.50/ea, while my average exit was $4.40/ea -- This means the realized loss was $3,800.
Trade One Return: -$3,950
