After the disaster that was yesterday's trading session, I'm happy I was able to post a win today. It feels good to get back on the horse. There isn't anything too special about this specific trade. The market was getting hammered all morning. I patiently waited for a small reversion to execute a bearish trade in the hope the daily trend would continue. After my first target was hit (10 @ $1.50/ea +$950), I aggressively moved my stop because I didn't want to chance having a losing day. The stop was hit (20 @ $2.00/ea +$900) not long after the first exit. I could have given it more room to breathe, but I wasn't in the required mindset. Anywho, this means my REALIZED GAIN WAS $1,850.

Total Return: +$1,850 (before fees)

SPY missed & QQQ hit
The Trump-China-Trade announcement from the NYT knocked me out of my position. The CCS's were sold at $1.80/ea and I was forced to buy them backl at $4.40 -- This means my realized loss was $3,120 :(
The hedge did exactly what hedge plays are meant to do. It balanced me out! These PCS's were sold at $0.85/ea and expired worthless -- THIS MEANS MY REALIZED GAIN WAS $2,975!
