Trade One: 30 SPX 6,085/6,090 Call Credit Spreads (Piper Strategy)
This was my attempt at playing Piper today. I say "attempt" because I picked the wrong strike. The strike I should have picked was trading at practically nothing, so I made the greedy decision to play things more aggressively. After thinking it over, I decided the entire situation was a poor decision (regardless of the result). I thought it was best to secure the unrealized profit as to avoid any unfortunate breaks. The PCS's were sold at $0.55/ea, and I bought them all back at $0.20/ea -- This means my REALIZED GAIN WAS $1,050!

SPY missed & QQQ hit
The Trump-China-Trade announcement from the NYT knocked me out of my position. The CCS's were sold at $1.80/ea and I was forced to buy them backl at $4.40 -- This means my realized loss was $3,120 :(
The hedge did exactly what hedge plays are meant to do. It balanced me out! These PCS's were sold at $0.85/ea and expired worthless -- THIS MEANS MY REALIZED GAIN WAS $2,975!
