Trade One: 30 SPX 5,080/5,075 Put Credit Spreads (Piper Trade)
I'm not sure what I was thinking, but this was not a good trade. I rushed the entry and paid the prices. After Piper fired a bullish signal, I decided to sell puts. These PCS's were sold at $0.40/ea. My risk was hit relatively quickly, which forced me to close at $1.90/ea -- This means my realized loss was $4,500.
Trade Two: 60 SPX 6,010/6,015 Call Credit Spreads (Hedge Trade)
When it became beyond apparent my first trade was not looking so hot, I sold calls to hedge my overall portfolio. These CCS's were sold at $0.60/ea and expired worthless -- THIS MEANS MY REALIZED GAIN WAS $3,600!
Trade Three: 40 SPX 5,970/5,865 Put Credit Spreads (Degen Trade)
I should have been done after the first two trades, but I decided to roll the die again to get my account into the green on the day. When I thought the market was done selling off, I sold more puts. These PCS's were sold at $0.60/ea and expired worthless -- THIS MEANS MY REALIZED GAIN WAS $2,400!
Trade One Return: -$4,500
